Ruben Carrasco was born and raised in Mexico, where he studied at the Institute of Visual Arts. In addition to his development as an artist, he has also worked as a tattoo artist, set designer, muralist, photographer, graphic artist and digital designer. His style can be described as figurative and narrative. He draws inspiration from the classical imagery of Roman and Greek statuary, as well as Indian ethnicity and modern pop surrealism. This unique blend gives Ruben the space to create surreal worlds, where he experiments with his perception of modern times.
