Misha Libertee (Michael Tsaturyan) is a multidisciplinary artist and designer. Born in a small town in southern Russia, he was raised in a creative atmosphere as both of his parents worked in the fashion industry. So, it’s not surprising that Michael began drawing at a young age. Popular characters from movies, comics, and video games are his favorite subjects. Most of his works are executed using the mashup technique, blending objects and characters in a playful and ironic manner. In Michael’s works, classics from the Renaissance easily intersect with modern pop culture, religion and technology.
